Tavern Park

Tavern Park is set in the village of Forden, Near Welshpool, on the Shropshire / Powys border. The park is surrounded by open countryside and has stunning views in every direction.

Tavern Park is well within reach of all the local amenities, with a local shop only one mile away and a mobile shop which comes to the park daily.

There are many public walks near the park to help take advantage of its idyllic setting and beautiful towns and villages to explore locally.

We are currently working our way through the first two phases of the development, for 50 residential park homes, we have quite a few plots still available for the home of your choice and try to keep at least 3 show homes on site at all times.


Directions

From Welshpool:

Head towards Newtown on the A483, at the first roundabout take the first exit onto the A490 signposted for Churchstoke and Montgomery, after 3 miles turn right, signposted for school, after approximately half a mile take the left turn immediately before the Railway Inn, the park can be found after approx. 75 yards on the right

Using sat nav the post code is SY21 8NN, some sat navs may take you into a lane opposite the Railway Inn, if so ignore that turning and turn before the Railway Inn as above


Sales Enquiries

There is usually somebody on site Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and most Sundays. You are welcome to turn up without an appointment although we would advise calling beforehand to avoid arriving and finding nobody available to see you. We aim to keep at least 3 show homes at Tavern Park at all times


Services

  • GAS, a choice of bottled LPG or underground tanks are available on Tavern Park
  • ELECTRIC, electric is metered to each home individually and billed quarterly
  • WATER/SEWERAGE, these are both included in the monthly pitch fees and are not metered or billed separately at all.
  • TELEPHONE, BT ducting is in place to each home and can be connected to the home as soon as it is occupied, we are also able to receive sky telephone services through a sky dish on Tavern Park.
